Thirty-two horses and riders will contest Jamie Alder's course in the $20,000 Bayfest Grand Prix at the Bay Area Summer Festival in Woodside, California. Helen McNaughton is hoping to post a win aboard Ocean Cat (Doug & Julie White, owners) to keep her in contention for the Woodside Jumper Accumulator. With a second win, McNaughton will assure herself at least $5,000 of the Woodside Jumper Accumulator. However, there is no doubt that she'd like to win the entire $25,000 prize if she can manage to win the next two grand prix events during the Woodside Summmer Circuit aboard Ocean Cat. Stay tuned!
