The Verdugo Hills Spring Fling kicked off the show year under sunny skies and a fun show. Everyone enjoyed a fun Exhibitor's Party while cheering for the twenty USHJA National Hunter Derby riders and horses. Thanks to Joe Thorpe and Chad Mahaffey who
Alina Carranza returned to the show ring after a two year hiatus. Alina and her family moved to Washington D.C. where her father works for the Secret Service. Dad was relocated to California and Alina returned and jumped back into riding and showing.
Hannah Bruni and Katelyn Puishys made up their own course as part of the Verdugo Hills Beach Cruiser Team Equitation Challenge, and they topped all the other teams and rode off with brand new beach cruisers and bragging rights!
Fun was on display during the Verdugo Hills August Aloha Show. Eliza Marcusson and her All In Fun got in the Aloha spirit. Three days of great competition, fun, and creativity were on display. There were even some fun classes, like Egg & Spoon.
